Job summary

Chase in New York is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and deliver hospitality-driven service to clients. You will grow deposits and investments, manage risk, and apply the latest banking solutions and technology to help clients meet their financial needs.

This role requires 2+ years of management in retail banking, a high school diploma, weekend/evening hours, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop a high-performing team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch.
• Experience maintaining risk & control environment and policy adherence.
• Willingness to work extended hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture and values.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients.
