Stewart Title is seeking a Branch Manager to lead field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations. You will manage an active escrow desk, oversee branch operations, and drive profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a producing leadership role requiring strong people management and strategic execution. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 8+ years of related experience are typical for candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient operation and profitability of a branch or department while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary escalation point for issues and align branch goals with business unit aims.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of staff performing operational tasks.
• Monitor branch metrics and advise leadership on changes to improve performance.
• Lead one or more teams and manage contributors or supervisors.
• Address resource and operational challenges and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Solve technical and operational problems considering overall department impact.
• Oversee others to ensure service, quality and timely objectives are met.
