Job summary

Stewart Title Guaranty Company in Edina, MN seeks a senior operations leader to oversee field activities outside core Escrow and Title Operations. You will drive profitability, supervise teams, and align branch results with Stewart’s strategic goals.

You’ll escalate issues, coordinate with internal partners and external vendors, and implement improvements across multiple branches. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 8+ years of related experience are expected.

The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
