You’ll escalate issues, coordinate with internal partners and external vendors, and implement improvements across multiple branches. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 8+ years of related experience are expected.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of employees responsible for operational tasks.
• Aligns branch goals with business unit objectives and monitors branch metrics.
• Identifies and solves complex operational problems and negotiates with external partners/vendors.
