Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager-Title to oversee escrow/closing functions and support efficient branch operations. The role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on training, supervision, and process improvements to enhance service quality and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree, substantial escrow experience, and a Notary Public license. Travel requirements include occasional overnight trips to branch sites and client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Six to eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Notary Public license in the state of the branch.
• Licensing, bonding and CE hours requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training for all employees within the escrow office.
• Solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders, and buyers.
• Supervise escrow procedures, accounting, marketing, and branch maintenance as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Establish relationships to promote goodwill and develop future business.
• Supervise escrow functions and implement operating procedures.
• Perform tasks of Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, Assistant Escrow Officer, and Escrow Officer.
• Direct activities of branch personnel in escrow functions as needed.
• Supervise office personnel per company policies.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and company profits.
• Travel overnight as required.
