Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Two years lending experience preferred.
Previous management experience preferred.
Ability to relate to people effectively.
Well organized with workload management amid interruptions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and develop team members through feedback and goal setting.
Cultivate a positive, supportive team culture delivering personalized member service.
Lead the branch to achieve growth, engagement, and profitability targets.
Assist with loan interviews, decisions, and coaching employees to expand lending skills.
Maintain updates to procedures, systems, and product knowledge with the team.
Oversee daily operations, cash controls, and facility needs to keep branch secure.
Collaborate with HR on onboarding, coaching conversations, and compliance expectations.
Resolve member or staff concerns with professionalism and sound judgment, ensuring compliance.
