Job summary

As a key partner with HR, you will support onboarding, performance conversations, and staff development, while driving growth, engagement, and profitability for the branch.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, goal setting, and hands-on learning.
• Cultivate a positive team culture focused on personalized member service.
• Lead branch growth, engagement, and profitability targets by motivating staff and strengthening member relationships.
• Assist with loan interviews and lending coaching to expand staff skills.
• Keep the branch informed and trained on procedures, systems, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming branch environment with cash controls and facilities oversight.
• Partner with HR to support onboarding, coaching conversations, and compliance expectations.
• Resolve complex member or staff concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure member transactions comply with BSA/OFAC regulations and participate in annual training.
