Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads and coaches branch teams to meet productivity targets.
• Strong understanding of lending products, policies and compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams to achieve productivity, efficiency, and performance expectations.
• Develop and monitor individual development plans and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Oversee branch budgets and review monthly variances.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Educate teams and members on delivery channels including digital and remote services.
