• 2 years banking/financial services experience or equivalent background
• NMLS registration or willing to obtain within 90 days
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Coach associates on performance, including proactive sales conversations and customer interactions.
• Guidance on complex account maintenance and resolving customer escalations.
• Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., mortgage officers, private wealth manager).
• Receive ongoing education and training to meet sales and operational goals.
