Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in California is seeking an Associate Branch Manager III to lead the Westridge Branch team and ensure outstanding member service. You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and support marketing and service objectives while upholding compliance and safety standards.

You will collaborate with management to drive branch performance, develop staff, and maintain strong member relationships in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance or HR or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience in a retail environment or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of exceptional member experience on the platform and teller line.
• Manages, directs and supervises day-to-day activities of Member Service Specialists.
• Train and coach employees on operational and compliance requirements across the branch.
• Create and maintain staff scheduling to meet branch needs.
• Assist Branch Manager in developing strategies to promote products and services.
• Support HR processes for direct reports including appraisals and development plans.
