Job summary

Neighbors Credit Union in St Louis is seeking a Member Engagement Center Associate to deliver outstanding service, uncover members’ financial needs, and guide them with online tools. This full-time position handles transactions, cash handling, account support, and education on electronic channels, while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience in service delivery.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Proven experience using online financial tools and technology.

Responsibilities

Uncovers members’ financial needs and offers appropriate recommendations.
Performs proactive activities to provide excellent service and achieve member growth.
Provides member support and problem resolution for complex issues to ensure member satisfaction.
Educates members on using all electronic service delivery channels offered both in the branch and remotely.
Handles all account questions and transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
