Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead across multiple branch locations to drive growth and performance in the St. Louis region.
• Develop high-performing teams, strengthen member relationships, and drive market growth.
• Coach Branch Managers and leaders to meet strategic objectives and maintain operational excellence.
• Create a dynamic sales environment by championing Member Experience standards and consultative sales.
• Mentor managers to deepen member relationships and ensure solutions meet financial goals.
• Lead performance analysis and partner with stakeholders to maximize market impact and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards, policies, and risk controls.
• Stay current on industry trends and leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
• Build relationships with community organizations and drive local business development.
