Job summary

Alliance Credit Union in the St. Louis area seeks an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations, coach staff, and drive member service excellence. You will work with the Branch Manager to deliver the Alliance Brand Promise while fostering teamwork, trust, and financial stability.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, sales and service, compliance, and community outreach, with opportunities to influence daily branch performance and member experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in coaching and developing staff.
• Strong sales, service, and operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in planning and supervising daily branch operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations for branch staff.
• Promote credit union products and community relationships to drive branch growth.
• Uphold regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements and foster a collaborative culture.
• Manage cash operations, security, and balancing procedures at the branch.
• Oversee facility safety and security testing, and act as backup Security Officer.
• Prepare reports, audits, and provide administrative support as assigned.
