Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer service, sales, community service, military service, or leadership role is required.
• 2 years’ lead role experience in a financial institution is preferred.

• Coach and develop staff to achieve growth goals and exceptional member service.
• Collaborate with the Branch VP to implement branch strategies and plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and risk guidelines.
