VyStar Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to coach, develop, and lead branch staff toward growth goals while delivering exceptional member service and maintaining operational excellence. This role reports to the Branch Vice President and helps create and execute branch strategies aligned with VyStar’s objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes building strong member and partner relationships, community involvement, and leadership within VyStar’s Excellence

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or leadership roles
• Experience in a financial institution preferred
• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Oversee daily branch operations with VP to meet goals
• Coach and develop staff for excellence
• Lead team huddles and sales meetings
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk controls
