OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in a customer‑focused environment, presenting lending options and modeling service excellence. The role includes conducting engaging meetings, training on operations, compliance and collections, and coaching staff in real time to apply knowledge effectively.

You will oversee collections, cultivate diverse talent, and drive policy‑compliant high performance while addressing challenges with strategic thinking and collaboration with peers

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience within a team.
• Track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer focused environment and present lending options.
