Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager for an on-site role in the United States. You will lead a customer-focused team, present lending options, and model service excellence to drive branch performance.

You will conduct meetings, train staff on operations, compliance and collections, coach in real time, manage collections with customers, recruit diverse talent, and foster continuous improvement while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.
• Preferred: college degree or underwriting/credit industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer-focused environment and present all lending options.
• Conduct engaging meetings to align the team with branch goals.
• Manage training on branch operations, compliance and collections with real-time coaching.
