Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a customer-focused team and drive strong lending results. You will model exceptional service, conduct motivation-focused meetings, and oversee training on branch operations, compliance, and collections.

The ideal candidate brings leadership and coaching experience, a track record of meeting sales goals, and the ability to obtain any required insurance licenses within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer focused environment, presenting lending options and modeling service excellence.
• Conduct engaging meetings to motivate the team toward branch goals.
• Manage training on branch operations, compliance and collections with real time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities, consulting with customers on overdue accounts and solutions.
• Attract and cultivate high quality, diverse talent aligned with OneMain values.
• Provide actionable feedback to support growth and continuous improvement.
• Inspire high performance while ensuring policy and regulatory adherence.
• Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently with strategic thinking.
