Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Branch Manager, Electrical Testing & Maintenance for a direct hire outside Nashville.

You will own the branch P&L, drive growth, and lead safety and customer relationships while managing a team of field technicians across NET A testing and maintenance. The role requires NETA Level III or IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (supervisory or branch leadership), and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• P&L ownership and branch leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supervising field technicians and coordinating large jobs.
• Ability to grow key accounts and manage safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; NETA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%.
