MDS Staffing is seeking a branch leader to drive full P&L ownership for a NETA testing and maintenance branch near Nashville. You will build a high-performing team, manage key accounts, and ensure safety and quality while delivering profitable growth.

Qualified candidates bring NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and proven supervisory or leadership experience. Travel up to 50% and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance including supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs; coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel up to 50%.
