Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Branch Manager for Electrical Testing & Maintenance near Nashville. You will own the branch P&L, drive growth, safety, and customer relationships, and lead field technicians to expand services.

The role requires a NETA Level III or IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel up to 50% and a competitive package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification and field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%.
