Job summary

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch personnel, drive sales, and maximize gross profit. You will monitor performance, train staff, and build key customer relationships. The role reports to the VP of the South Region and requires strong CRM/ERP experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional sales experience in Electrical Distribution, Industrial Automation, Industrial Supply, or Electrical Construction.
• 1-3 years of experience managing a team.
• CRM/Pipeline discipline management with account managers.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets by analyzing performance, controlling expenses, and optimizing inventory investment.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise a small team of employees.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations; build career paths.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and conduct weekly team meetings.
• Develop customer relationships and expand top accounts; schedule visits with the Account Manager.
