Chase is hiring a Branch Manager in Wisconsin to lead a front-line team, drive deposits and investments, and ensure exceptional client service. You will foster a welcoming culture, manage daily operations, and partner with specialists to meet client needs, while upholding integrity and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2+ years in retail banking leadership, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and empower employees to achieve results.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience balancing growth with risk and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by embodying our culture and values.
• Grow deposits and investments while managing operations and coaching staff.
• Deliver hospitality and bank solutions to clients and engage with local community.
• Develop and retain a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
• Maintain strong risk and control environment through sound judgment and policy adherence.
• Travel and training as required for program completion and onboarding.
