Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent certification or licensing, or completion of specialized vendor training.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to influence and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs delivery of branch services through staff and meets sales goals.
• Coaches and develops staff via one-on-one coaching, training, and weekly meetings.
• Participates in hiring, directs staff, conducts performance evaluations, and administers actions.
• Monitors branch performance against goals and ensures compliance with policies.
• Prepares reports for upper management and attends management meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
