Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 3 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Strong management, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities are a must.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies/procedures is a plus.
• Licensure: NMLS identifier preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the branch.
• Lead and coach branch staff, conduct daily sales meetings.
• Develop market and business opportunities in the community.
• Process loan requests and solicit new accounts.
• Ensure adherence to policies, audits and security procedures.
• Support branch management with data quality and referrals.
