Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Leadership experience with coaching and development to drive sales excellence.
• Record of meeting sales goals in a profit and loss environment.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience validated through surveys.
• Maintain partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• SAFE Act background checks and identifier from NMLS compliance.
