Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company is seeking a branch leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth across the community. The role spans advising clients, supporting in-person or virtual interactions, and coaching staff to meet performance objectives.

The position oversees branch operations, ensures compliance, and collaborates with partners to connect customers with wealth and cash management services as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to advise customers on financial solutions.
• Capacity to coach staff and oversee branch operations.
• Familiarity with consumer deposits, loans, and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Delivers exceptional experience to customers and prospects with a focus on meeting the financial needs of all areas of our community.
• Counsels clients, providing needs-based financial solutions and supports in-person or virtually.
• Oversees branch office operations and serves as active member of the sales/service team.
• Provides support related to day-to-day branch operations and financial services; shares coverage in the absence of the Branch Manager.
