• Provide guidance on deposit accounts, loans, fees, and banking products.
• Refer clients to partners for loans, cash management, or wealth services when appropriate.
• Engage with community events to promote financial literacy and bank services.
• May supervise Personal Bankers and participate in talent acquisition and performance reviews.
