UMB Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team, model extraordinary customer service, and execute the retail strategy. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide teller and banking functions, and develop associates to achieve goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, 2 years of leadership experience, and 2 years in banking. NMLS registration within 90 days is expected, with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 2 years leadership or management experience.
• 2 years banking/financial services experience or equivalent.
• NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates on performance, including proactive sales conversations and customer interactions.
• Oversee complex account maintenance and resolve customer escalations.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as mortgage officers and wealth managers.
