Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable college experience.
• 2 years leadership, associate development or management experience.
• 2 years banking/financial services experience or equivalent background.
• NMLS registration or plan to obtain within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates on performance and proactive sales conversations.
• Guide complex account maintenance and resolve customer escalations.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as small business, mortgage, and wealth managers.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to meet sales and operational goals.
