Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of cash handling experience, including teller work.
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year customer experience in a sales environment preferred.
• Proven leadership, sales management, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to drive sales and customer experience results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teller team to deliver best in class branch experience across five areas: customer engagement, service execution, operational excellence, leadership, and management.
• Coach Tellers to maintain service knowledge standards and comply with regulations and policies.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payoffs, and checks.
• Balance daily operations, manage supplies, balance ATM and vault, and perform branch capture procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to appropriate platforms for additional conversations.
• Ensure compliance with risk and operational procedures to protect the bank.
