Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of PC Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller line daily and coach tellers.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in onboarding and training new tellers.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
