Qualifications

• Bachelor level is not required; diploma or GED accepted with related experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a service mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with staff and members.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor staff to deliver exceptional member service and sales results.
• Coach and develop performance with regular evaluations and feedback.
• Lead branch operations to meet goals while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive proactive sales and deepen member relationships through targeted engagement.
• Prepare performance reports and support process improvements.
