Job summary

Bank of Utah is seeking an IT PC Technician I for the Ogden branch to support 450+ users. You’ll install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and phones, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

The role runs Monday–Friday with opportunities for growth. Basic Windows OS and networking knowledge required; CompTIA A+ preferred. Join a locally owned community bank committed to service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers and computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or working toward).

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install and update software applications and operating systems.
• Respond to basic helpdesk tickets and user inquiries.
• Assist with hardware replacements and basic repairs.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Escalate more complex issues to higher-level technicians.
