Job summary

Emser Tile in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Branch Sales/ISR to drive contractor business and deliver outstanding customer service at the branch. You will greet customers, answer phones, and provide expert product information while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented environment.

You will develop and implement plans for longer-term sales cycles, partner with management, and assist with sample design and displays to support branch goals and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Uphold professional appearance.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors in the branch.
• Understand and decipher sales metrics and reports.
• Inventory management experience with basic math (cycle counts, pricing/margin, sqft).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• JD Edwards experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive all contractor business in branch.
• Uphold branch customer service standards, greeting customers, answering phones, and maintaining service-oriented environment.
• Provide accurate information; respond to concerns of all branch customers.
• Be the first point-of-contact between client and Emser.
• Have extensive product knowledge and overview.
• Explain Emser's brand identity, differentiation, and product philosophy.
• Assist customers at the counter with the Customer Support Representative.
• Manage account selling by prioritizing activities by sales potential.
• Develop and implement longer-term sales plans.
• Partner with Management in weekly sales meetings to set goals and balance activities.
• Participate in sample design and creation as needed.
• Provide samples to trade accounts, referrals and walk-ins; set up samples per merchandising standards.
