Job summary

Emser Tile LLC is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative in a fast-paced environment. You will support branch operations, drive contractor business, greet customers, and manage orders in the JDE system.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, excellent service, and collaboration with the Branch Operations team to grow sales and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined sales and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and trade professionals.
• Proficiency in inventory management, sales metrics, cycle counts, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and represent Emser Tile with professionalism.
• Drive contractor business by delivering high-level service and product knowledge.
• Enter and verify orders in the JD Edwards system and manage account activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products, offers, or loyalty programs.
• Make outbound calls to reactivate and grow accounts.
