Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow client base and win back accounts.
• Ensure client requirements are met and SLAs are achieved.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR.
• Provide monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop revenue forecasts.
