Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in relevant roles with growth responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a staffing/ personnel service is preferred.
• 1 year supervising a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new business.
• Lead client reviews and manage SLA adherence.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, with cost controls.
• Recruit, train and develop branch staff.
• On-board customers, manage credit and terms.
