AAA Northeast seeks a Branch Manager II to lead a dynamic branch team in Newton Upper Falls, MA. You will drive sales, service quality, and operational excellence, with a daytime schedule and room to grow within the organization.

You will supervise staff through hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management while developing KPI plans to meet branch goals. The role emphasizes governance, cross‑department collaboration, and exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years of relevant experience required.
• 6+ years customer service experience, preferably in a Retail/Banking environment.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hiring, onboarding, training and coaching of branch staff.
• Develops KPI plans to meet/exceed branch goals and coaches staff on products and services.
• Ensures branch governance, safety, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Maintains high-quality member experiences, handles escalated service issues, and supports daily operations.
