Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years customer service experience, preferably in Retail/Banking, with 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employment life cycle for branch staff including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management and pay administration.
• Develop and monitor KPI plan to meet/exceed branch goals; coach staff on products, value propositions and drivers of performance.
• Communicate priorities, foster cross-department collaboration, and ensure consistent branch governance and service excellence.
