Job summary

AAA Northeast in Acton, MA is seeking a Lead Sales and Service Representative – Branch to guide member service and drive sales. You will support Member Service Counselors, handle escalated issues with Five Diamond Service, and model exceptional service while protecting the AAA brand.

This role emphasizes branch operations, product knowledge, cross-selling, and timely service across in-person and phone channels, with a daytime schedule and competitive benefits including health plans, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service with a focus in sales.
• Must pass state and federal background checks.
• Must meet state requirements to perform registry & TSA services.

Responsibilities

• Act as a service leader within the branch, supporting Counselors and handling escalated issues with professionalism.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual performance metrics and maintain high member satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of AAA Northeast products and services and educate members on benefits.
• Stay current on branch promotions and identify opportunities to improve service and branch performance.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including cash, inventories, and opening/closing procedures.
