Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Branch Manager II in Newton, MA, to lead an energetic team, drive sales and member service excellence, and ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience required.
• 6+ years customer service experience, preferably in a Retail/Banking environment.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employment life cycle for branch staff, including hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Develop and monitor KPI plans to meet/exceed branch goals; coach staff on products and value propositions.
• Explain promotions and initiatives across business lines; coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor branch performance; communicate progress and coach for desired behaviors and competencies.
• Manage daily branch execution, ensuring service standards, compliance, and security across lines.
• Represent the branch in the community and participate in branch-related events and initiatives.
