Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant leadership experience in customer service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in customer service, retail, or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sales mindset with the ability to coach others to succeed.
• Comfort with technology and business systems.
• Knowledge of travel services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 1–8 employees and drive a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee daily branch operations, scheduling, workflow, and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences; support front‑line service and promote AAA products and travel offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics and prep reports; manage basic financial operations.
