Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, coaches, trains and supports branch team to provide a positive customer experience.
• Monitors performance to standards and goals, providing feedback to employees.
• Performs branch duties as needed (open accounts, maintenance, transfers, teller transactions, vault/ATM).
• Ensures branch operations comply with bank policies, procedures, audits and security.
• Supervises vault operations and procedures.
• Prepares and distributes monthly branch reports.
• Manages customer issues and ensures resolution and satisfaction.
• Participates in activities to generate new business and referrals.
