Belco is seeking a Branch Manager in Lebanon, PA to lead staff and manage branch operations with a focus on loan and deposit growth and strong member relationships.

You will oversee financial reporting, hiring, training, and profitability while ensuring excellent member service across channels. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning in a retail banking setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma required with two years of related experience.
• Higher education in sales/leadership within a financial institution preferred.
• Comfort with using Office 365 tools and technology.
