Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year tenure in a senior member role or personal banking strongly preferred.
• Supervisory/managerial experience in financial services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and service culture to drive growth.
• Support member experience and retention.
• Oversee branch performance, profitability, and staff performance in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Profile and cross-sell business products to clients; train and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and internal controls.
• Develop and monitor branch metrics to track progress toward strategic goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to exceed member expectations.
