You will collaborate with Community Development Officers and participate in community events to grow the branch’s deposit base. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a management role, strong people skills, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Detail oriented with good time management and follow-up.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve high customer service levels individually and as a branch team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to branch staff.
• Promote branch identity and ownership of customer experience.
• Offer all bank products and services and resolve customer issues.
• Lead community events and outreach with other teams.
