Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of banking experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily branch operations to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain responsibility for branch security, internal controls, and procedures.
• Support scheduling, workflow management, and delegation to staff.
• Oversee cash management activities including vault, balancing, and cash ordering.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and audit readiness.
• Drive customer engagement, cross-sell banking products, and relationship building.
