Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years’ direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and improve top-line performance.
• Lead branch recruitment, training, and staff development to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
• Establish pricing strategies and negotiate terms with clients and candidates.
• Coordinate with sales and leadership to understand client needs and culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across a multi-brand branch.
