Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to grow and retain accounts, lead branch recruitment efforts, and manage P&L. You will drive sales plans, supervise a team, and ensure top-notch service to candidates and clients in a fast-paced staffing environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and Sales to understand client needs, forecast revenue, and deliver on growth targets while maintaining strong relationships and high NPS scores.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• Experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Set client requirements in line with SLAs and contracts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and programs.
• Coaching and development of recruiters; manage branch P&L and costs.
• Create branch recruitment strategies with local relationships.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and pay/bill rates.
• Monitor client credit limits and perform credit references as needed.
• Lead monthly KPI reviews with direct reports and cross-team communication.
